Return Policy - Discount Fence Supply, Inc

Every third party product you buy from Discount Fence Supply, Inc. is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Discount Fence Supply, Inc. will warrant any defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Discount Fence Supply, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Discount Fence Supply, Inc. or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. An RMA number MUST be obtained within 30 days of purchase in order for it to be valid.

Do not return goods to Discount Fence Supply, Inc. without first securing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without a RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@discountfence.com or call 1.800.878.7829 to talk to a representative about returning merchandise.

Any returned products that receive a free shipping offer, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and shipping back to Discount Fence Supply, Inc.

Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges

If product is damaged when received from Discount Fence Supply, Inc. , we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product.

All PRODUCT POLICY
There is a minimum restocking fee on any and all returned products. See below for more specific product return policy. If a product is damaged then this fee will also apply.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all Arbors and Trellises.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
After we receive and inspect the arbor we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.

Cancellations of standard items after ordering are subject to a minimum 45% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Custom orders, which includes any product incorporating an option, cannot be cancelled. Modifications during production may incur additional charges.

After we receive and inspect the Post Caps we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.

Bufftech Vinyl Fence:

All Bufftech orders are special made orders and there are no returns available.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all Post Caps.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
After we receive and inspect the Post Caps we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.

No returns on any electronic products, parts or accessories. Including but not limited to gate openers, switches, keypads, intercoms, entry systems, circuit boards, batteries, intercoms, and transformers.

All linear gate opener are made to order, and will carry a 25% restocking fee. All GTO gate openers will carry at minimum a 15% restocking fee.

AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND AGREEMENT TO WAIVE A RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS.

All orders are pre-payed in advance before any material is shipped or picked up from any of our locations.

All payment made by check that comes up with NSF or stopped payment on a order that has been received by the customer will be re-charged via ACH or e-check.

All orders placed over $2000.00 ( USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our sales representatives. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

All credit card transactions are taken out at the time of order and will be paid in full before any material is picked up or shipped.

You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and Discount Fence Supply, Inc. are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
