Every third party product you buy from Discount Fence Supply, Inc. is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Discount Fence Supply, Inc. will warrant any defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Discount Fence Supply, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Discount Fence Supply, Inc. or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.
Do not return goods to Discount Fence Supply, Inc. without first securing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code, any returns without a RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@discountfence.com or call 1.800.878.7829 to talk to a representative about returning merchandise.
Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Arbors and Trellises
- There is a 25% restocking fee on all Arbors and Trellises
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges
- After we receive and inspect the arbor we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.

Alvarado Security Products
- Cancellations of standard items after ordering are subject to a minimum 45% restocking fee.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Custom orders, which includes any product incorporating an option, cannot be cancelled. Modifications during production may incur additional charges.
Boston Turning Works:
- There is a 25% restocking fee on all finials
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges
- After we receive and inspect the Post Caps we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.

- All Bufftech orders are special made order and there are no returns available.
