Fully
Customizable to your application:
-
- -The
falcon will allow uni- or bi-directional sensing, and the unique
ability to open a door when traffic is moving away from the sensor.
- -The
Sensor can also be set to discriminate between pedestrian and vehicular
traffic.
- -An
excellent alternative to loop detectors.
- Universally
compatible with and gate or industrial door:
- -Whether
your application is an industrial slide gate or swing gate or a
simple GTO/PRO 1000 post mount the sensor can be set vertically
from 0 to 180 degrees.
- -There
is an optional extension bracket that allows the Falcon to be mounted
up to 3 ft. away from the gate.
- Tough
construction to handle the most extreme conditions:
- -The
ABS/Polycarbonate construction is NEMA-4 rated [completely dustproof
and weatherproof], can operate from -22 to 140 degree F and offers
high immunity to electrical, mechanical, weather-related, and radio
interferences.
- Fast
and Easy to set up and tune:
- -After
mounting the Falcon, you can put your ladder away. All key parameters
of the sensor such as sensitivity, relay, hold time and configuration,
pedestrian discrimination, and detection mode- can be made via
remote control.
- -Once
set, adjustments can easily be made from ground level.
Saves
energy and increases productivity:
- -The
falcon's state-of-the-art microprocessor and flat antenna provide
the ability to disregard pedestrians and only allow large masses
(such as trucks and forklifts) to be detected even at lower
mounting heights. In addition, the Falcon is capable of disregarding
traffic parallel to the door, which can open a door unnecessarily.
